★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná čokoláda a čaje zn. Harney & sons, limetkový dortík nám taky moc chutnal, sacher byl na můj vkus příliš suchý. Obsluha na Silvestra usměvavá a příjemná. Děkujeme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak tak vidím, tak má zkušenost nebyla ojedinělá. Prostory sice příjemné, chai Latte lepší průměr (chtěla jsem ochutnat ještě něco, ale radši ne), ale obsluha příšerná ... Jako opravdu horší jsem hodně dlouho nezažila. Pokud pominu, že obsluha byla bez roušek a bez jediného úsměvu za celou návštěvu... Tak čekat více než 15 minut na objednávku mi přijde opravdu dost. Následně pak slečna z obsluhy nejprve obsloužila návštěvníky, kteří přišli několik minut po mém příchodu a kolem mě jen prošla. Vrátila se až zhruba za 5 minut, abych si teda mohla objednat. To stejné s objednávku.... Doba čekání je strašná...
A když vidím, že paní byla nabídnuta kompenzace, tak se divím, že už to nenabízí automaticky.
Shrnutí: pokud chcete kafe a pak si ho i následně vypít, počítejte minimálně s hodinou a půl.... a ještě zaplatíte za příšerný servis s kyselými obličeji.
Těžké zklamání..... A pro mě poslední návštěva...
Ta jedna hvězdička je maximálně za prostory.
As I see it, my experience was not unique. The premises were pleasant, chai Latte better average (I wanted to taste something else, but I'd rather not), but the service was terrible ... I haven't experienced it as really worse for a long time. If I omit that the staff was without veils and without a single smile during the whole visit ... So waiting for more than 15 minutes to order I really get enough. Subsequently, the young lady from the staff first served the visitors, who came a few minutes after my arrival and just walked past me. She came back in about 5 minutes so I could order. Same with the order .... The waiting time is terrible ...
And when I see that the lady has been offered compensation, I am surprised that she no longer offers it automatically.
Summary: if you want coffee and then drink it afterwards, count on at least an hour and a half .... and you will still pay for the terrible service with sour faces.
Serious disappointment ..... And for me the last visit ...
The one star is the maximum for the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velke zklamani. Prostory kavarny jsou moc hezke. Kava dobra. A tim to konci.
Personal bez rousek, nerozumim kde vzali tu kuraz kontrolovat ockovani. Na objednani jsme cekali vice nez 10 minut, na kavu pak dalsich 30. V kavarne v tu chvili byli krome nas jeste dalsi tri stoly, absolutne nerozumim co na priprave kavy tak trva. Cas na povidani s kolegyni cisnik mel. Kdyz nas cisnik nedopatrenim slysel situaci komentovat, nabidl nam croissant na ucet podniku. To je jediny duvod, proc davam hvezdicky dve a ne jen jednu.
Nedoporucuji.

Staff without hands, I do not understand where they took the courage to check the vaccinations. We waited for more than 10 minutes to order, then another 30 for coffee. There were three more tables in the café at that moment, I absolutely don't understand what it takes to make coffee. He had time to talk to his colleague Cisnik. When the waiter inadvertently heard us comment on the situation, he offered us a croissant at the company's expense. That's the only reason I give two stars and not just one.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brownie was great - wonderful spread of options. I got a sugar overload from the cinnamon coffee mixed with the brownies almost died so I can't give 5 stars, but I guess that was my fault for not knowing my sugar tolerance haha

Opened 7-23 (breakfast till 11am) and that's super great too.
