L	Lenka Kovaříková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme objednáno ubytování, check-in byl po 18. hodině, přijeli jsme v 19,00 hod, následně jsme zjistili, že v 18,30 hod byla naše rezervace zrušena. Takovéto jednání považuji za velice nesolidní, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme cestovali s dětmi a museli jsme narychlo shánět ubytování, které bylo díky tomu v jiné cenové relaci. Část ubytovacích kapacit již nebylo možno zarezervovat, jelikož bychom nestihli chcek-in, které bývá většinou do 20,00 hod. NEDOPORUČUJI. We had booked accommodation, check-in was after 6 pm, we arrived at 7 pm, then we found out that at 6.30 pm our reservation was canceled. I consider such conduct to be very inseparable, given that we traveled with children and had to hastily look for accommodation, which was therefore in a different price range. It was no longer possible to reserve part of the accommodation capacities, as we would not have time to check-in, which is usually by 8 pm. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
K	Karel Petříš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Až na kuchyni, která byla velmi špatně vybavená, byl apartmán útulný a čistý. Velmi dobře vychytané předávání klíčů vzhledem ke Covidu. Dobrá vzdálenost k centru, trošku v kopci. Except for the kitchen, which was very poorly equipped, the apartment was cozy and clean. Very well-crafted handover of keys with respect to Covid. Good distance to the center, a little on the hill.

Rezervace se 100% úhradou proběhla měsíc dopředu a po příjezdu na místo (druhý konec republiky) pán bez pardonu napsal sms s tím, že rezervace byla zrušena. (bezdůvodně) Pán neumí česky a k problému se otočil zády s tím, že si máme najít alternativní jiné ubytování.(v pátek večer). Za mě nikdy víc. Hodnotím jako absolutně nesolidní až sprosté jednání vzhledem k tomu, že je zprostředkování rezervace nabízené portálem Booking.com Definitely not recommended !! The reservation with 100% payment took place a month in advance and after arriving at the place (the other end of the republic) the gentleman without a pardon wrote an SMS stating that the reservation was canceled. (unreasonably) The gentleman does not speak Czech and turned his back on the problem, saying that we should find alternative other accommodation (on Friday evening). Never again for me. I rate it as an absolutely unreliable to vulgar behavior, given that the booking is offered by Booking.com
