Although the place was nice from the location point of view but the staff were totally not professional with no respect so ever to privacy or saftey
The doors are easy to be broken and the bathroom has no telephone in case of emergency
I woke up in the morning with men in my room fixing the bathroom with no respect to *do not disturb sign * or with previous notification !
The reaction of the manager was also non professional
I don't recommend the body massage too as many clints including me suffer of pain especially in the back after having it
And i'm not sure if we can call it health resort !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place place to "recharge batteries" quickly. The spa resort is very calm and quiet with relaxing ambience, which together with the spa procedures help to rest and reinvigorate. The surroundings are great for walks and hiking. The hotel facilities are super clean and tidy. The staff always helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very decent. This combination makes me coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have spent a whole day here and booked some stuff. It was absolutely pleasant. Only tears i am crying is that the spa area is not available all day (for people not sleeping in the hotel). But we were able to make our bookings matching with the access to the spa. Everything we booked, including massages, were absolutely stunning. The place is beautiful, everything is set up to make you relax. All the people working there understand their job. It was a luxury for one day. We walked out 100% relaxed and happy. We will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say... the hotel is nice, the Spa very clean and with quality services. I would complain about the poor attention to details, such as not replacing the shampoo and conditioner as if one small bottle should be sufficient for the entire stay. The worst thing, however, was the checkout. The anticipated price (sent by the hotel management by email after the telephone booking) was not applied, and tge discount mentioned by the confirmation email not applied. Katka, the lady at the concierge taking care of the checkout, ignored the email shown to her liquidating as with a simple "it's not applied". Bottomline: not loyal to the customers. Very bad behaviour. Catching customers by promising additional discount! Bad. Absolutely bad!
