★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před cca rokem jsem zakoupila naušnice, bohužel se mi povedlo ztratit zadní část (puzetka). Napsala jsem tedy do Sparkle moments, zda se u nich nedá koupit náhradní. Obratem mi přišla odpověď, že mi pošlou novou zdarma a do 2 dnů jsem ji měla doma. Skvělá, milá a rychlá komunikace a zákaznický servis na jedničku. Vřele doporučuji a ráda zakoupím další produkty!
 About a year ago I bought earrings, unfortunately I managed to lose the back part (puzetka). So I wrote to Sparkle moments to see if they could buy a replacement. I immediately received an answer that they would send me a new one for free and I had it at home within 2 days. Great, nice and fast communication and customer service to the top. I highly recommend and happy to buy more products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi spolehlivý prodejce, po tom, co se mi přívěsek vyvlékl z řetízku, mi ho bezplatně opravili a v dárkové krabičce obratem zaslali zpět.
A very reliable seller, after the pendant came out of my chain, they repaired it for me free of charge and sent it back in a gift box.
