★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard inner-city gym that has all you need: weightlifting platforms, squat/pull-up racks, benchpresses, isolatory machines, plethora of cable instruments, even a mount for weighted hip thrusts, cardio equipment, etc.
However, it is nothing fancy and sparkly like a commercial fitness center (Form Fitness, etc.), but definitely gets the job done.
There are crossfit, combat sports, bodybuilding, cardio zones.
Additionally, during the summer the main garage door is opened creating a wonderful atmosphere with fresh air.
Showers are in a really good state with complementary shower gels, shampoos, hair driers, etc.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Everyone nice and friendly and helpful. Eng speaking staff. Really nice that during the summer they open big garage doors so it is not hot or smelly inside.
And also good music :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really tried to like this gym but after visiting it several times I have to settle with 3 stars.
My biggest issues with this gym are cheap and very worn out barbells, some of which have weird markings that do not match IPF or IWF standards. Some barbells are outright broken. Very limited selection of specialty bars.
There is only one dedicated deadlifting platform hidden in the back room. There’s a rubber floor in the free weight area but it’s really uneven and not optimal for deadlifts.
Plates are all over the place and there’s too few bumper plates. It really becomes a struggle to find another plate when there’s 2-3 people deadlifting or squatting heavy.
On the upside the machine selection is nice. But since I train with barbells 80% of the time, it’s of little use to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and compact gym with everything you need for a good workout. The trainers are friendly and English speaking- which is a bonus :) In the extreme of opening hours it mostly empty. In the summer the garage is open so no bad smells or humidity. Enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym. Most of the staff speaks English. There are 3 big halls. One is with regular weight lifting equipment - machines, dumbbells, squat racks. One is with cardio machines - bikes and running tracks. One is for powerlifters and classes. A very good variety, quantity and quality of benches, squat racks, barbells. People who go there are friendly even to foreigners. Have gotten plenty of free tips from staff and clients. Also amazing art on the walls (see pictures). Absolutely love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was actually intimidated to go to this gym because I thought it would be full of muscle people who would think I am weird for doing my 2kg bicep curls. But no, everyone here is doing their own thing and is quite friendly. I was wrong to feel like that!
This gym is not fancy at all, don’t expect the latest gear, but has everything you might need to get a workout done.
The staff are friendly and most of them speak English.
Could use some mirrors in the back room but that’s just my personal preference.
