Po zadaní objednávky o zavedenie internetu som musela firmu minimálne 4x telefonicky kontaktovať, aby to prišli zriadiť. Napriek reklame, že zavedenie prebieha do 5 dní od zadania objednávky sa na mňa dostal rad o 2 mesiace!!! Keď sa pán z firmy konečne ozval, aby sme si dohodli montáž dozvedela som sa, že prebieha len v časoch, keď som ja ešte v práci. Po 2 mesiacoch bez internetu a katastrofálnom jednaní ma požiadal, aby som si vzala dovolenku, pretože ak nimi navrhovaný čas nepotvrdím, moju objednávku zrušia. Nebolo viac treba, od tejto firmy už nič nepotrebujem. Určite sa tejto firme vyhnite aj VY. Worst service experience! After placing an order to launch the Internet, I had to contact the company at least four times by telephone to come and set up it. Despite advertising that the implementation takes place within 5 days of placing an order, I got advice in 2 months !!! When the gentleman from the company finally called to arrange the assembly, I learned that it only took place when I was still at work. After two months without internet and disastrous negotiations, he asked me to take a vacation because if I do not confirm the suggested time, they will cancel my order. No more needed, I don't need anything from this company anymore. Be sure to avoid this business as well.

A nejlepší bylo když mi přijel technik instalovat Wi-fi přijímač a router, tak nauctoval o 1000 dražší router než stojí normálně. Slowly expensive and unstable Internet still leaving them. Nestabilní připojení a když do firmy zkousite volat musíte se modlit aby vám to někdo zvednul, hrůza. Nemohu doporučit, radši si připlaťte dvě tři stovky a ušetříte si spoustu nervů. Tato firma je totální odpad. The worst internet provider I've ever had. Unprofessional conduct, no notice in case of failure or outage.
