Služby jsou opravdu na výjimečné úrovni, a to od úplného začátku každé návštěvy – přivítá vás velmi milá recepce, ke každé službě je zde výběrová káva zdarma a špičková péče o vlasy je samozřejmostí. Kromě vlasů sem můžete zajít i na obočí – nikde jsem v tomto ohledu zatím lepší službu nenašla. Opravdu doporučuji. Spell is a unique place where they will take care of you so above standard that you will not want to leave. The service is really exceptional, from the very beginning of each visit - you will be welcomed by a very nice reception, there is free coffee for every service and top hair care is a matter of course. In addition to hair, you can also go here on the eyebrows - I have never found a better service in this regard. I really recommend.
J	Jana Sušnová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Spellu chodím už několik let, prakticky od jeho otevření a nikde jsem nebyla spokojenější. Chodím k Simči na střih a barvu a výsledek je vždycky perfektní. Navíc je to snad jediné kadeřnictví, kde se o vás opravdu starají se vším všudy - samozřejmostí je skvělá káva a dobroty z vlastní kavárny nebo klidně i sklenka prosecca. Chodím sem i na obočí a každá návštěva je opravdu radost. I have been going to Spell for several years, practically since its opening and I have not been happier anywhere. I go to Simča for the cut and color and the result is always perfect. In addition, it is perhaps the only hairdresser's where they really take care of everything with you - of course there is great coffee and goodies from their own cafe or a glass of Prosecco. I also come here on the eyebrows and every visit is a real pleasure.

N	Natalia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at the salon - my hair dying procedure went wrong (too dark) and instead of trying to find a solution they just kept telling me they did nothing wrong/ it was in my head/ it was because the sun changed my hair colour and various other things. They told me they could only help if I came into the salon (I said, "I need to be sure you are definitely going to help and not just tell me you did nothing wrong again?" and they promised they would find a solution). So I took a couple of hours off work to come in but - and this was so frustrating - they just told me they did nothing wrong again (talking about their computer system, dye cataloging etc...). What had happened in my hair appointment was, they had agreed to match my root colour to the tips, which was necessary because I had had a terrible dye in London which turned the middle section of my hair a dark brown colour although I have lighter auburn hair. But as you can see from the picture below, the roots were far darker than the tips. I think any hairdresser can make a mistake, and that is fine, but because of the unhelpful and dismissive response to the problem I would never return to Spell.
