★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost strašná, nechali jsme si ušít pyžamo na zakázku. Jednání paní Martiny Pluschkové bylo naprosto “profesionální”.
Nejen, že neví, kde přesně se měří délka zadního dílu, ale ještě je natolik drzá, že svou chybu (nebo chybu šicí dílny) s radostí hodí na zákazníka. Dostali jsme pyžamo o 10cm kratší než jsme si zadali!!!
O objednávce a následné reklamaci jednoho pyžama jsme napsali 30 emailů 5x projeli benzín do Kravař a výsledek po 3 měsících? Po slibech, že vše opraví u ušijí jak by měli, se nestalo nic. Najednou nemají ani materiál a ještě nás osočili, že je to naše chyba špatného měření a následné špatné praní a pyžamo se srazilo! Opravdu se prodává zboží, které se vám srazí o 10 čísel? Tak to si to raději nekupujte ?
*Mimochodem rukáv ani nohavice se teda v délce o 10cm vůbec nezmenšily ?
Přeji mnoho spokojených zákazníků, ale již bez nás.
The experience is terrible, we had our pajamas made to order. The meeting of Martina Pluschková was absolutely "professional".
Not only does he not know exactly where the length of the back part is measured, but he is still brazen enough to throw his mistake (or the sewing workshop's mistake) at the customer. We got pajamas 10cm shorter than we ordered !!!
We wrote 30 emails about the order and the subsequent complaint of one pajama. Did the petrol go to Kravař 5 times and the result after 3 months? Nothing happened after the promises to fix everything in their ears as they should. Suddenly they don't even have the material and they also accused us that it was our mistake of bad measurement and subsequent bad washing and pajamas collided! Are you really selling goods that deduct 10 numbers from you? So you better not buy it ?
* By the way, neither the sleeve nor the trousers have decreased in length by 10 cm ?
