Po druhe,kdy byl vracen balik po otevreni jsem zjistil,ze nektery idi..t zlomil pojezdove kolecko od vysavace,takze je uplne k nicemu. Po telefonu primo s jejich ,,servisem,, se tam pan samozrejme vymlouval,ze za nic nemuze. No jsem zvedav,co se bude dit ted. Po treti uz nikam nic neposilam. Prachy za postovne neprisly ani jednou. Maras toto. Twice the same fault on the el. vacuum cleaners. The second time, when the bale was returned after opening, I found out that some of them were going to break the castor from the vacuum cleaner, so it is completely useless. Of course, Mr. made an excuse on the phone with their "service" that he was not to blame for anything. Well, I wonder what's going to happen now. Thirdly, I'm not sending anything anywhere. Postage dust did not come once.

Ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkala s takovou ochotou a fundovaností a trpělivostí-takový přístup ze strany prodejce je sen všech zákazníků a v naší republice je to nevídaný jev. J	Jiří Jirsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal sem si plynovou varnou desku, po otevření jsem bohužel zjistil, že veškeré litinové komponenty nebyly zabalené, pouze položené na skle...takže omlácené hořáky, ulomený piezoelektrický jiskřič a ohnutá sonda...Ani se neomluvili.Nedoporučuji. I ordered a gas hob, but unfortunately I found out that all the cast iron components were not packaged, just laid on the glass ... so the beaten burners, the broken piezoelectric spark and the bent probe ... They didn't even apologize. I don't recommend it.

Po zaslání nového zboží po týdnu přišla zásilka neúplná. Komunikace byla nepříjemná. Proto jsem se rozhodl vrátit zboží. Po vrácení zboží mi nevrátili všechny peníze, zaúčtovali mi i dárek, který byl původně zdarma. Takhle si podnikání nepředstavuji. CRM doporčuji nahradit schopnými lidmi. The communication was awkward. That's why I decided to return the goods. After returning the goods, they did not return all my money, they also charged me a gift, which was originally free. Great communication and delivery. I ordered a buckle last afternoon and this morning I already had an installation at home.
K	Kateřina Schönfeldová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nejhorší firma ever!! už nikdy vic. objednané zboží sice přišlo rychle, ale zboží (set pračky, sušičky s mezi kusem) jsem si objednala s výnosem a instalací. Technici, kteří zboží dovezli, zboží nenainstalovali, protože daný mezikus nepasuje. Po několika telefonátech na infolinku teto firmy a foceni daného mezikusu mi poslali jiné techniky s tím, že mezikus je správný. Technici opět vyhodnotili mezi kus jako špatný. opět telefonáty na infolinku kde se mi paní vysmala a sdělila mi, že můžu odstoupit od smlouvy, ale musím zboží sama zabalit a sama dovést na své naklady. v tuto chvli uz jsem byla neskutečně nasr*** a a sdělila ji, že ja jsem v ničem nepochybila, tudíž nevidim důvod proč bych dopravu měla hradit já. Rozhodně nedoporucuji tuto firmu. nahlaseno na COI. the worst company ever !! never more. the ordered goods came quickly, but I ordered the goods (set of washing machines, dryers with between pieces) with yield and installation. The technicians who imported the goods did not install the goods because the adapter does not fit. After several phone calls to the infoline of this company and a photo of the given adapter, they sent me other techniques with the proviso that the adapter is correct. The technicians again evaluated the piece as bad. again calls to the infoline where the lady laughed at me and told me that I could withdraw from the contract, but I had to pack the goods myself and bring them to my own expense. at that moment I was incredibly angry and told her that I had no mistake, so I see no reason why I should pay for the transport. I definitely do not recommend this company. reported to COI.
