★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe dort Handschuhe und eine Skibrille gekauft. Leider hat sich das Material der Handschuhe nach nur 1h komplett aufgelöst. Gleich am nächsten Tag wollte ich die Handschuhe umtauschen doch der sehr unfreundliche Herr wollte, dass ich 4 Wochen warte um die Handschuhe an den Hersteller zurück zu senden. Nach endlosen Diskussionen habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten sondern konnte mir wenigstens alternative Handschuhe aussuchen und der Preis der anderen wurde verrechnet. Jemand der weniger hartnäckig ist würde bei Reklamationen hier große Probleme bekommen. Kundenservice und Freundlichkeit, sieht auf jeden Fall anders aus!!!!!!!!
 I bought gloves and ski goggles there. Unfortunately, the material of the gloves has completely dissolved after only 1 hour. The next day I wanted to exchange the gloves but the very unfriendly gentleman wanted me to wait 4 weeks to send the gloves back to the manufacturer. After endless discussions I did not get my money back but at least I could choose alternative gloves and the price of the others was calculated. Someone who is less persistent would have big problems with complaints here. Customer service and friendliness, definitely looks different !!!!!!!!
