D	Dejv Srool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěli jsme s přáteli někde posedět a zahrát si špiky, jelikož byly naše oblíbené podniky zavřené, jeli jsme sem. Servírka byla silně nepříjemná, při příchodu k našemu stolu pronesla velmi nahlas pozdrav "Dobrý den" chápal bych že chce být jen zdvořilá a třeba nedoslýchá, poté co jí část naší skupiny pozdravila předvedla podobnou hlasitou scénu znovu (asi chtěl pozdrav úplně od všech) Vysbírala objednávku (4x kofola, 1x frisco) Při placení kamarádka zjistila, že nemají jen jeden druh frisca, ale je jich více, servírka neinformovala o nabídce. Největší šok přišel když přinesla "Kofolu" která absolutně nebyla Kofola, jednalo se o nechutnou tmavou tekutinu, která chutnala jako silně vodou zředěná Albert alternativa. Opět se obsluha nezeptala jestli souhlasíme s alternativou, jestli nechceme jiné pití. Původně jsem navrhoval nezaplatit jelikož jsme nepotřebovali ani 80% objednaných pití, ostatní nesouhlasili a ze slušnosti zaplatili. Podávám podnět na ČOI k prošetření We wanted to sit with friends somewhere and play spikes, because our favorite businesses were closed, we came here. The waitress was very uncomfortable, when she arrived at our table she said "Hello" very loudly. I understand that she just wants to be polite and maybe she doesn't hear. Selected order (4x kofola, 1x frisco) While paying, my friend found out that they did not have only one type of frisca, but there were more, the waitress did not inform about the offer. The biggest shock came when she brought "Kofola" which was absolutely not Kofola, it was a disgusting dark liquid that tasted like a heavily diluted Albert alternative. Again, the staff did not ask if we agreed with the alternative, if we did not want another drink. I originally suggested not to pay because we didn't need even 80% of the drinks we ordered, the others disagreed and paid out of decency. I am submitting a complaint to the CTIA for investigation
j	ja nevim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostředí pěkné, pivo dobré, ale obsluha naprosto otřesná. Už jsem byl ve spoustě hospod, ale co jsem zažil tady, jsem ještě neviděl. Naprosto neschopný a nepříjemný barman. Naštěstí měl k ruce milou a pohotovou brigádníci, od které by se měl naučit, jak se má chovat k hostům a třeba i takové pokročilé techniky, jako třeba že když přijdou dva hosté k jednomu stolu, tak se mají obsloužit oba a ne jen jeden. Dokud tam tenhle člověk bude pracovat, rozhodně nedoporučuji. Environment nice, beer good, but the staff absolutely appalling. I've been to a lot of pubs, but I haven't seen what I've experienced here. Absolutely incompetent and unpleasant bartender. Fortunately, he had nice and witty temporary workers at his disposal, from whom he should learn how to treat guests and even such advanced techniques, such as when two guests come to the same table, they are to serve both and not just one. As long as this person works there, I definitely do not recommend.
