Sport hotel - U Klikovky 3086/10

The food is good, I can't deny them, two of them are eaten from one serving, they are really huge, but worst of all it will take you and take it home. Waitresses are nice (the waiters of the men do not take it, the bald man described in the previous review was the boss), but the cooks and management are terribly uncomfortable to talk to them. I do not recommend staying there, only the environment is not nice, and I am not talking about the rooms. But only to go there to eat can I recommend, but really just what is on the ticket, something like tiny changes like "I want half portion" or "instead of mashed potatoes I want fries" do not take it, just scold.

Here they cheat in a brazen manner. Our reserved room for 5 people was handed over to others before our arrival. We almost ended up on the street. They wanted to bring the matter to the police. But thanks to our ingenuity, they won back (they won back!) An empty business class room with an additional charge. I warn you, bad reviews about this hotel on the Internet do not lie, checked for yourself.

Unserious owner. Dirty toilets and rooms. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Sport Hotel Prahadoesn´t exist anymore. Now it is a cheap hostel with very poor service and incompetent employees. They are still using several names, including the name of Sport Hotel Praha or Hotel Císařka and the web sites (with nice photos), but it is deceptive advertising. We got keys, checked in, paid for the room and when we returned at 2AM, we learned that in our room there are sleeping four young men, who didn´t care that there was our baggage. Our room was sold twice. The night receptionist was communicating only via phone, so at first we thought that he was not there at the place. And he was incapable to find any solution for more than thirty minutes. I had to call him back several times, I guess he was falling asleep in between the calls (and not calling the manager, as he was saying). We have had already taxi waiting for us, when he finally found keys from one free room, so we left. The manager was very rude and arrogant the next day, refusing to give our money back and threatening that if we wouldn´t return the keys back in time, they will charge us another night stay. It was the same manager, who made the mistake the previous day, still refusing to even apologize. The place itself was very noisy, even in 2:30 AM there were people playing table tennis and partying on the porch. I strongly do not recommend this HOSTEL, if you want to get some sleep or even to enjoy your stay in Prague. The operator, who had made a mistake in the system / issued the wrong keys the day before, was outrageously rude and arrogant in the morning. He did not apologize, refused to return the money to us, and threatened us that if we did not return the room keys on time, he would charge us for another night and collect it. The place itself is very noisy, even at two in the night people played table tennis and drank. I really do not recommend this HOSTEL if you want to sleep or even enjoy your stay in Prague.
