Quality courts and facilities. Single entry rather expensive (300, - per person). Nice staff.

В душевой грязь!
Клиенты не используют полотенца для тренажеров, персоналу это без разницы!
Visitors go to the gym with street shoes. The shells are not put in place, the staff is busy with their own affairs.
In the shower mud!
Clients do not use towels for trainers, it doesn’t matter to the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute am 10.06.2022 um ca. 13:05 hat eine Dame am Empfang nach dem unbedingten Schulwechsel vorm Sport gefragt, was wir noch nie erlebt haben, obwohl unsere Sportschuhe als Hotelgäste sowohl sauber als auch passend waren, "suitable and clean" was der Richtlinie entspricht. Nach der Auseinandersetzung kam eine zweite Dame aus und sagte weil ihr Boden so teuer und sauber ist dass Schuhe gewechselt werden müssen. Der Argument"expensive and exclusive underground" erinnert mich an eine gewisse bodenlose Arroganz der Servicepersonal, die leider nicht mehr mit Service zu tun hat. Die Personal am 10.06.2022 ist für das Hotel eine Schande ohne jegliche Kundenorientierung.
Today, June 10th, 2022 at around 1:05 p.m., a lady at reception asked about the unconditional change of school before doing sports, which we have never experienced before, although our sports shoes as hotel guests were both clean and suitable, "suitable and clean" was that guideline conforms. After the altercation a second lady came out and said because her floor is so expensive and clean that shoes need to be changed. The argument "expensive and exclusive underground" reminds me of a certain bottomless arrogance of the service staff, which unfortunately has nothing to do with service. The staff on 06/10/2022 is a shame for the hotel without any customer orientation.

Not that many people go to gym. Lots of windows that can be opened to provide fresh air and circulation. Current one time entry price is 200 CZK.
