Vraceli jsme zboží, které jsme zakoupili v eshopu v Ově Futuru. Prodavač nám řekl, že nám nevrátí peníze, jedině poukázky. Přitom peníze nám byly vráceny zatím pokaždé v podobném případě.. On to odmítl, že nám peníze nedá... Nelibě jsme vzali poukázky..
Za poukázky jsme nakoupili zboží přesně v ceně poukázek a šli zboží vyzvednout. Potkali jsme u pokladny opět toho samého prodavače, který se podíval na poukázky a řekl, že "TYTO POUKÁZKY NEJSOU PLATNÉ !!! a nevezme nám je. Tak jsme na něj koukali, už vyloženě rozčílení, co to má zase jako být... Jestli si snad dělá z nás srandu?!?!?!!?!?! Pán prodavač si pak na nás asi vzpomněl a začal klidnit situaci, volal kvůli poukázkám do Prahy, které nám sice vydal, ale vyloženě jeho chyba, při vydávání si je nenatipoval do počítače... Pak se nás ještě zeptal a to nás dojalo nejvíc: Proč jsme si jako brali poukázky a né peníze v hotovosti? :D Tak tímto nás uplně dorazil... Když nám předtím sám říkal, že to není možné...
A za jeho chybu jsem měli odejít o 2 500kč lehčí???? Pak nám ještě vnucoval tašku, o které jsme mu řekli opakovaně, že nemáme zájem...
Už nikdy....
Terrible approach when returning goods!
We returned goods that we bought in the e-shop in Ova Futur. The salesman told us that he would not return the money, only the vouchers. At the same time, the money has been returned to us every time in a similar case .. He refused that he would not give us the money ... We disliked taking the vouchers ..
For the vouchers, we bought the goods exactly in the price of the vouchers and went to pick up the goods. We met the same salesman at the cash register again, who looked at the vouchers and said that "THESE VOUCHERS ARE NOT VALID !!! and he won't take them from us. So we looked at him, already clearly upset, what it should be like again ... If he's making fun of us?!?!? !!?!?! The salesman probably probably remembered us and started to calm down the situation, he called for Prague's vouchers, which he gave us, but clearly his mistake he didn't tip them into the computer ... Then he asked us and that touched us the most: Why did we take vouchers and not cash ?: D So he came to us completely ... When he told us before that it was not possible ...
And for his mistake I should have left 2,500 CZK lighter ???? Then he forced a bag on us, which we told him repeatedly that we were not interested ...
