★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velké množství zboží z e-shopu, nelze v prodejně pořídit. Tím je výběr z mého pohledu zúžen. Ceny jsou vyšší. Nakupuji zde spíše narychlo a znouze. Co se prodejny týče je přehledná a čistá. Obsluha je spíše strojová bez uvolnění a příjemného lidského přístupu. (Jsou i výjimky) Jelikož v SY není podobný velký sport, tak Vám nezbývá, než se tu zastavit. Jo a objednávky přes e-shop jsou pomalé. Využívají deklarované 4 dny na vyřízení. Pokud tedy jedete na víkend sportovat a nutně potřebujete rychle dokoupit vybavení, e-shop nebude to ideální a pravděpodobně se mailu s upozorněním k vyzvednutí zboží dočkáte po víkendu.
A large amount of goods from the e-shop cannot be purchased in the store. This narrows the choice from my point of view. Prices are higher. I shop here rather quickly and easily. As for the store, it is clear and clean. The operator is more of a machine without relaxation and a pleasant human approach. (There are exceptions) Since there is no similar big sport in SY, you have no choice but to stop here. Yeah, and e-shop orders are slow. They use the declared 4 days for settlement. So if you are going to play sports for the weekend and you really need to buy equipment quickly, the e-shop will not be ideal and you will probably receive an email with a notification to pick up the goods after the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V sobotu jsem si na eshopu objednala šaty, kde bylo napsáno, že tyto šaty a tuto velikost mají na prodejně. Druhý den jsem jela do Svitav, ale SMS mi ještě nepřišla, tak jsem se byla jen zeptat, zda mi dnes přijde, když zboží mají na prodejně. Paní mi řekla jenom to, že neví a že se mám sama podívat po prodejně, jestli ty šaty náhodou někde nejsou. Nebyly. Tak jsem odcházela s prázdnou. Nebyla jsem na psaní naštvaná, spíš ne jen zklamalo to, že paní u pokladny měla prázdno a ani se nemohla podívat do systému, jak to tedy je.
On Saturday, I ordered a dress at the e-shop, where it was written that these dresses and this size are in the store. The next day I went to Svitavy, but my SMS had not yet arrived, so I was just asking if it would come to me today when the goods are in the store. The lady only told me that she didn't know and that I should look around the store myself to see if the dress was somewhere. They weren't. So I left empty-handed. I wasn't upset about writing, but rather not just disappointed that the lady at the cash register was empty and couldn't even look into the system as it was.
