★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se zde a vámi podělit i o mojí ne moc dobrou zkušenost s tímto obchodem respektivě s obsluhou. Před dvěma dny jsem zde byl koupit hárací kalhotky pro psa. Při vstupu do prodejny bylo slyšet slečnou co zde prodává jak vzadu s někým hovoří. Krátce na to vyšla ven s telefonem u ucha a jen se na mě podívala a telefonovala dál. Našel jsem si co potřebují sám a hledal ideální velikost. Bohužel nenašel a šel tedy k pultu se zeptat zdali by šlo objednat ve velikosti co potřebují pro svého psa. Obsluha stála za pultem a telefonovala, stal jsem tam a čekal asi dvě minuty než přišla další zákaznice a stali jsme tam už dva. Slečna pořád telefonovala a koukala se na nás jak tam stojíme. Celkově jsem zde stál u pokladny čekající na obsluhu než si dotelefonuje asi 4-5 minut. Bohužel jsem se nedočkal a obsluha telefonovala dál tak jsem to nevydržel a odešel si je sehnat ke konkurenci.
I have to share here and with you my not very good experience with this shop or with the service. Two days ago I was here to buy warm panties for a dog. At the entrance to the store, you could hear a young lady selling here, talking to someone in the back. Shortly afterwards, she went out with the phone to her ear and just looked at me and kept calling. I found what they needed myself and looked for the perfect size. Unfortunately, he did not find it, so he went to the counter to ask if it would be possible to order the size they need for their dog. The staff was behind the counter and on the phone, I stood there and waited for about two minutes before the next customer came and we were already there two. The young lady kept on the phone and watched us stand there. Overall, I stood here at the cash register waiting for the waiter to call for about 4-5 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't wait and the staff kept calling, so I couldn't stand it and went to get them to compete.
