★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportoviště, které je bohužel udržováno lidmi z příspěvkové organizace města (Technické služby) bez vztahu ke sportu, ale za to se vztahem k veřejným penězům. A podle toho to sportoviště také vypadá – zub času si všude tam, kde není dlouhodobá systématická lidská péče, cestu najde. Všude jsou ploty, takže se sportovci cítí jak ve vězení, na všechno potřebují stovky klíčů, všechno pozamykané, a to parkoviště před kabinami, atletická dráha stále pouze se škvárovým povrchem, travnatá hřiště v dezolátním stavu, severovýchodní část tribuny z dob soudruhů stále nedostavěná, veřejnosti volně přístupné pískové fotbalové hřiště má zamknuté branky, takže hřiště vlastně nikdo pořádně využít nemůže, atd. Celkově chybí manažerský a tržní přístup k řízení areálu, např. lepší propojení sportů a promyšlené využití výhody v podobě různých sportovišť na jednom místě.

Everywhere there are fences, so the athletes feel in jail, they need hundreds of keys, everything is locked, the car park in front of the cabins, the athletic track is still only with the cave surface, grassy playgrounds in a desolate state, the northeastern part of the tribune from the times of comrades still unfinished, open soccer field of the public has locked gates, so nobody can really use the pitch, etc. Overall, there is a lack of managerial and market access to site management, for example, better interconnection of sports and a thoughtful use of the advantage of various sports venues in one place.
