★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good experience was easily disrupt by a sequence of important mistakes from one staff (11h20, pay booth 2, 2018-01-14, elevator from city centre). My card had 15 points and I wanted to charge with 30 points. The employee changed the card and after I asked for my 15 points she said they were transferred (wish did not happen). Plus she was trying to give me change 50CZK shorter. Not cool and won't be able to enjoy the rest of ski rental time. :(
