★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krome absolutne neschopneho personalu. Presneji slecna, ktera vypadala ze ji extremne obtezuji kdyz sem chtela prinest druhou botu. Neschopna a neprijemna. Ani nebyla schopna odpovidat. To, ze prodavaji kazdou jinou botu svedla na vyrobce a nehodlala to dale resit. Zadny zakaznicky servis. Boty levne ale to je jedine. Bohuzel sem uz neprijdu.
Except for absolutely incompetent personnel. More precisely, a girl who looked extremely annoyed when she wanted to bring a second shoe here. Unable and unpleasant. She wasn't even able to answer. The fact that they sell every other shoe blamed the manufacturer and she did not intend to solve it further. No customer service. Shoes cheap but that's the only thing. Unfortunately, I will not come here again.

Zřejmě to byl pan vedoucí, který mě pomalu seřval, když jsem chtěla vrátit nebo vyměnit nenošenou obuv, kterou jsem v obchodě zakoupila. Z obchodu jsem odcházela s velmi nepřijemným pocitem a nevyřešenou pohledávkou, protože jednat s takovým člověkem opravdu nemělo cenu.
I haven't met such annoying staff in a long time. Apparently it was the manager who was slowly tearing me up when I wanted to return or replace the unworn shoes I bought at the store. I left the store with a very unpleasant feeling and an unresolved claim, because dealing with such a person was really of no value.
