The church is great..my dad helped to repair it in the 80s :) except for the churchman (similar to D. Klein) :) he is mature to fist!

A beautiful baroque church, saved from destruction, planned by the Communists, in the twelfth hour. It dominates the village and the whole Svitavka valley in this part of the Lusatian Mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za komunismu zcela zchátralý, po revoluci se za vydatné podpory občanů Mařenic opět probral a vyrostl do dominaty celé obce. Před několika lety byla zvonice věže vybavena zvony, které čtyřikrát za hodinu zvěstují čas celým Mařenicím. Za kostelem se nachází křížová cesta.
Under communism, it was completely dilapidated, and after the revolution, with great support from the citizens of Marenice, it awoke again and grew into a dominion of the whole village. A few years ago the bell tower of the tower was equipped with bells, which announce the time of the whole Marenice four times an hour. There is the Way of the Cross behind the church.
