★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší životní zkušenost - koupě bytu od Stafinu. Stálo nás to dva roky nervů a stresu. Během stavby jeden problém za druhým - stavební dozor nutnost! Zaplatit si nechají, ale zákazníka vesele ignorují. Byt v novostavbě plný vad a poničeného vybavení (WC, vana,...) od dělníků. Na stížnosti nereagují... Nechtěli nám předat byt, ikdyž byli mnoho měsíců po termínu, dokud ho nepřijmeme i s vadami (samozřejme bez zápisu do protokolu). Neskutečná drzost a chování. Ruce pryč od nich. Nyní po dvou letech rekonstruují pro zákazníka mezonetový byt. Kravál bude dva měsíce od rána do odpoledne, což je bezva když máte doma mimino. Nám Stafin nedovolil žádné úpravy, abychom v novostavbě nerušili ostatní sousedy...
The worst life experience - buying an apartment from Stafin. It cost us two years of nerves and stress. During construction, one problem after another - construction supervision a necessity! They let them pay, but they cheerfully ignore the customer. Apartment in a new building full of defects and damaged equipment (toilet, bath, ...) from workers. They do not respond to complaints ... They did not want to hand over the apartment to us, even though they were many months after the deadline, until we accepted it with defects (of course, without registration in the protocol). Incredible audacity and behavior. Hands away from them. Now, after two years, they are reconstructing a duplex apartment for the customer. The cow will be two months from morning to afternoon, which is great when you have a baby at home. Stafin did not allow us any modifications so as not to disturb other neighbors in the new building ...
