★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na e-shopu jsem si objednal DVD a ihned zaplatil přes portál pay-u , 2x mi přišel e-mail s požadavkem platbu , která byla už dávno provedena , po 7 dnech od platby nebyla objednávka vyexpedována , tak jsem poslal e-mail s dotazem a urgencí. Na to mi bylo odpovězeno že titul nemůžou ve skladu najít a ať jim pošlu č.u. A že mi budou peníze vráceny. Takže si něco objednáte oni týden nereagují a po 9 dnech vám sdělí že vám pošlou peníze zpět protože mají špatně zorganizovaný e-shop ! :-D ??? Už nikdy nic od této neprofesionální firmy. Nikomu nedoporučuji !
I ordered a DVD on the e-shop and immediately paid via the pay portal, twice I received an e-mail requesting payment, which was made a long time ago, after 7 days of payment the order was not shipped, so I sent an e-mail with a question and urgency. I was told that they could not find the title in the warehouse and send them no. And that my money will be returned. So you order something, they don't react for a week and after 9 days they tell you that they will send you the money back because they have a poorly organized e-shop! :-D ??? Never again from this unprofessional company. I do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U firmy Stample si objednávám DVD pravidelně už několik let. Pár drobných nedostatků by se našlo, ale jinak jsem spokojený s kvalitou zaslaného zboží a termínem doručení. Ze stovek disků bylo v pořádku 98%, takže z osobní zkušenosti mohu tuto firmu doporučit.
I have been ordering DVDs regularly from Stample for several years. A few minor shortcomings would be found, but otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of the sent goods and the delivery date. Of the hundreds of disks, 98% were fine, so from personal experience I can recommend this company.
