A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel, ač velmi nerada, musím napsat negativní recenzi na tuto českou firmu, a to jen díky jednání a chování paní Kláry Kebzove (nejspíš fakturantka firmy). Do firmy jsem volala poté, co mi nevrátili poštovné za zaslané zboží. Paní Kebzova mi sdělila, že toto se píše do dobropisu, a že já to tam nenapsala a že neví, zda mi peníze vrátí, že se musí zeptat vedení (přitom v obchodních podmínkách mají jasně napsané, že vrací peníze za jak zaslané zboží, tak i část peněz za vrácené zboží do výše nejnižšího poštovného za zaslané zboží). Nestačila jsem se divit, že mi také sdělila, že jsem zboží zaslala špinavé ( jen vybalene a zabalene), a že je museli dát do odpisu a co si dovoluji ještě chtít poštovné. Spadla mi z jejího chování brada, neustále mi opakovala, ať nezvyšují hlas, čemuž se paní Kebzova nemůže divit po jejich slovech. Za svých 40 let jsem se nesetkala s tak otřesným chováním žádného člověka, natož někoho, kdo komunikuje s lidmi. Doufám, že mi peníze vrátí a rozhodně už nikdy nic z této firmy nekoupím. Protože zde rozhodně neplatí pravidlo náš zákazník náš pán, naopak se musíte domáhat neceho, na co máte ze zákona právo a ještě si vyslechnete něco takového. Opravdu velká negativní zkušenost s touto českou firmou. Unfortunately, although I am very reluctant, I have to write a negative review of this Czech company, and only thanks to the actions and behavior of Mrs. Klára Kebzova (probably the company's invoice). I called the company after they did not return the postage for the sent goods. Mrs. Kebzova told me that this was written in a credit note, and that I did not write it there and that she did not know if she would return the money to me, that she had to ask the management (while in the terms and conditions they clearly stated and part of the money for returned goods up to the lowest postage for sent goods). I wasn't surprised that she also told me that I had sent the goods dirty (only unpacked and packed), and that they had to write them off and what I dare say postage. My chin dropped from her demeanor, she kept telling me not to raise their voices, which Mrs. Kebzova can't be surprised by their words. In my 40 years, I have not encountered such appalling behavior, let alone someone who communicates with people. I hope they get my money back and I will definitely never buy anything from this company again. Because the rule our customer our master definitely does not apply here, on the contrary, you have to demand something that you are entitled to by law and you will still hear something like that. Really great negative experience with this Czech company.
