The implementation was also very lame ... dismantled the old goal and holes they just installed a new one with the words we're not a mason ... Finally, after searing the holes drilled me and promised to change the handle, but Mr. Richter's action really stopped me ... he rushed at me on the phone and I was not calm at the same time ... so I called them to call me in advance I want to see the final product ... so they called one day, so in two hours, I reiterated their request and the next day I convinced me and someone to someone ... I normally asked them to come next week that I got too much ... and it started ... that they poured money in it, they bought me a black handle that doesn't fit there and poured in 1500 (I would expect, if it's standard, to buy the right, know what they did ...) and the exit technique ... I hope that the demonstration will be in order, because with this company really do not want anything in common :-( Unfortunately Mr. Richter should remember how to treat customers, but I know that woman and younger than him ... I gave one star because at least created it ...

Hello, this is not a review, but a response to a previous review. Mrs. Kateřina Doleželavá Chalupová, unfortunately wrote her very slanderous review, probably right after the meeting with Mr. Richter. I will not apologize for Mr Richter's actions, to which Mrs Doležalová was provoked, which was confirmed to me by our accountant. Unfortunately, this meeting was unprofessional, although understandable, and I apologized to Mrs. Doležalová for it. It is my fault that we did not agree in advance on the appearance of the fittings. We pointed out the fact that we are not doing masonry work when preparing the price offer. She herself confirmed to me at the meeting that the goal itself, except for the reservation on the fittings, is OK, but due to the conflict with Mr. Richter, she no longer wants it and we have to take it away because she will not pay it to us.
