Jednou bytové jádro a podruhé kompletní rekonstrukci bytu včetně nových rozvodů elektřiny, pokládky kamenného koberce a sádrokartonových podhledů na stropy. S práci jsme spokojeni, oceňuji také individuální přístup, kvalitu zpracování a odbornost. Mr. Marcella's company has reconstructed two panel flats. One housing core and a second complete reconstruction of the apartment including new electricity distribution, stone carpet laying and plasterboard ceilings on the ceilings. Mám vysoké nároky a i tak to dopadlo skvěle. Komunikace perfektní, pokud byl potřeba výběr materiálu nebo nějaká změna v kladení dlaždic. Je to opravdu profesionální firma a nemám co vytknout. I have a paneled bathroom and toilet according to my ideas. I have high demands and even so it turned out great. Nechávali jsme si dělat kompletně nové zděné jádro v paneláku, včetně nové elektroinstalace, rozvodu vody, odpadů a nové podlahy. Nejvíce si vážím osobního přístupu pana Marcella, který s námi konzultoval každou věc s cílem aby dílo bylo stoprocentně perfektní. Příští rok nás čeká pokračování rekonstrukce bytu a není už důvod se dívat po jiných řemeslnicích či firmách. Děkujeme I can definitely recommend the company as one of the best in all areas of expertise, quality, precision and especially speed !! We had a completely new brick core in a block of flats, including new wiring, water distribution, waste and new flooring. I most appreciate Mr. Marcello's personal approach, who consulted us on every thing with the aim of making the work 100% perfect.
