★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Prokop je člověk, který si jednak vezme dvojnásobný obnos za provedenou práci, a jednak se odmítavě staví k řešení reklamací. Teda pokud se mu člověk vůbec dovolá. Rozhodně nedoporučuji.
Mr Prokop is a person who takes double the amount of work he has done and, on the other hand, refuses to deal with claims. I mean, if you even call him. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si náhradní díl, který přišel rozbitý protože byl nedostatečně zabalený. Následná reklamace u přepravce byla řešena až po nátlaku a to s týdenním prodlením takže bez náhrady. Nedoporučuji tuto firmu.
I ordered a spare part that came broken because it was insufficiently packed. The subsequent complaint with the carrier was resolved only after pressure, with a weekly delay, so without compensation. I do not recommend this company.
