★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI služby makléřky Scherfové, jsou naprosto nekorektní a neprofesionální. Opakující se chyby ve smlouvě, neochota, nekomunikativnost, paní Scherfová je neustále ve spěchu. Vystupování absolutně přes čáru, po uzavření obchodu se skoro 80 tisícovou provizí, se nezmůže ani na podání ruky a slovo "děkuji". Její služby se vymezují na zkasírování provize - za to po ní kontrolujete dokumenty, x-krát poukazujete na chyby, div ji neprosíte o jejich opravení, a posloucháte, jak "děsně spěchá" a nemá na vás čas.
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the services of broker Scherf, they are completely incorrect and unprofessional. Repeated mistakes in the contract, reluctance, non-communication, Mrs Scherf is constantly in a hurry. Appearing absolutely across the line, after closing the deal with almost 80,000 commissions, you can't even shake hands and say "thank you". Her services are limited to clearing commissions - for that, you check documents after her, point out errors x times, wonder you don't ask them to correct them, and listen to her "hurry" and she doesn't have time for you.
