let's try:
1. hot water didn't work for multiple days weeks
2. recently 'refurbished' means the cheapest possible materials used, and paper thin rooms that you can hear other people breath. no joke.
3. shared internet between a possible 9 people or more does not work
4. everyone who moved in for 6 month contract has left. that will tell you enough
5. heater didn't work for a good part of the winter and when it did it was random
6.annoying dog barking all day next door
7. overly priced for basically a small hotel room
8. private garden is not 'private'
9.property manager does not indicate when he is coming to the property, which I'm pretty sure is illegal without notification
10. all locks on the door can be open by other people because they are only internal locks
11. OWNER DOES NOT PAY BOND BACK
do not pay the last month's rent if you have been stupid enough to go here.
