★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profíci na svém místě, ale jen dokud kupujete, když chcete řešit záruční opravu setkáte se jen s arogancí a lhaním. Povinnosti plynoucí ze zákona je vůbec nezajímaj. Vřele nedoporučuju.
Professionals in their place, but only as long as you buy, when you want to deal with warranty repair, you will encounter only arrogance and lies. They are not at all interested in the legal obligations. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokud nakupujete, je vše OK a snesli by vám, modré z nebe. Když jsem ale přišel do servisu, setkal jsem se s nehoráznou arogancí a hulvátstvím. Závadu (v záruční době) neopravili, prý výrobní vada a vypadalo to, že mě z obchodu skoro vyhazují. Takže Starka již nikdy.
As long as you shop, everything is OK and they would bear you, blue from the sky. But when I came to the service station, I encountered outrageous arrogance and vulgarity. They didn't fix the defect (during the warranty period), allegedly a manufacturing defect, and it seemed that they were almost throwing me out of the store. So Stark never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantnejší přístup jsem ještě nezažil. Po dotazu na vrtačku kterou jsme si u nich před pár lety koupili mi bylo zvýšeným hlasem řečeno jak se s ní opovažuji vůbec vrtat!!! Tak asi ta vrtačka od prodejce je jen na okrasu. Tak tady už nic nekoupím.
I have never experienced a more arrogant approach. After asking about the drill we bought from them a few years ago, I was told in a raised voice how dare I drill with it at all !!! So maybe the drill from the seller is just for decoration. So I won't buy anything here anymore.
