★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu mluvit za vsechny provozovny, ale v OC Fenix byla pro me POKAZDE navsteva velkym zklamanim. Minuly rok mi pani prodavacka sproste rekla, ze nemuze rucit za to, ze muj rodinny zlaty prsten se pri zmenseni NEROZSYPE. Dnes si tu jina slecna prodavacka sve kamaradce prede mnou nastvane stezovala, ze musi pracovat az do SILVESTRA. A pak me kysele odsekla na otazku PROSIM, MOHLA BYCH MIT JEDEN DOTAZ?, rekla NE, NEJSTE NA RADE. Ac prede mnou byla jen pani, ktera se radila ohledne novych nausnic s manzelem. Pani prodavacka na ne pouze hledela a nic nerikala. Zakaznice od ni zjevne nic nepotrebovala. Ale pomoct mi rozhodne nemohla. Pokud chcete nove sperky, bezte jinam. Prave kvuli podobnym hnusnym sluzbam ma Cesko tak spatnou povest.
I can't speak for all the establishments, but in Fenix Shopping Center I was VERY disappointed for me. Last year, the saleswoman told me that she could not be held responsible for the fact that my family's gold ring was reduced when NEROZSYPE was reduced. Today, another famous saleswoman trained her friend in front of me to work to New Year's Eve. And then she gave me a sour retort, PLEASE, CAN I HAVE ONE QUESTION? But before me was just a lady who consulted about new earrings with her husband. The saleswoman was not just staring at her and said nothing. Obviously the customer needed nothing from her. But she couldn't help me. If you want new jewelry, go elsewhere. Just because of similar nasty services, Czech Republic has such a bad reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to sice malé nákupní centrum, ale aspoň tam není přelidněno, mají tam dost laviček k posezení a je tam vždy tak pohodově a příjemně. Dokonce i před cca 2-ma lety uváděli hranou pohádku o medvědech :-) ...jo..a byla tam i nějaká výstava starých legendárních USA aut.
Although it is a small shopping center, but at least it is not overpopulated, there are enough benches to sit there and it is always so comfortable and pleasant. Even about 2 years ago they were featuring a fairy tale about bears :-) ... yeah and there was also an exhibition of old legendary USA cars.
