★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Jewish cemetery is located on the north of Brtnice town. The street Pod Kaplou (403) around 1 km from town. The cemetery is here from 17th century and has two parts. The old a new cemetery. They are close together. The old has 2050 m2 with 2500 tombstones in roots of forest. And the new one since 1860. That part has 2044 m2 and 200 tombstones. The new one is hidden in wall and entrance is did from destroyed facade of the ceremonial hall.
