★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is pretty. There are several guided tours through the castle, our guided tour was in the native ? only, they did give us a paper with English text. The tour guide was a nice girl, see seemed rather nervous and stumbled a bit with her text (I presume because she kept saying "pardon" before continuing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Trebon in October of 2019, on a day trip originating from Ceske Budejovice. It was a pleasant walk from the train station to the city center. As I visited on a Sunday, the town was quiet, but Trebon is still a nice place to visit. Tour the brewery, if you like. The Town Square offers lunch, ice cream, parks with seating. A good quiet day, and I had plenty of photo opportunity
