První zmínka o rodinném statku sahá poměrně hluboko do minulosti, a to do roku 1738 s odkazem na statek Matjesa Pokorného. Mezi lety 1991 – 2016 prošel pod naším vedením rozsáhlou rekonstrukcí bez jakýchkoliv dotací. V současné době komplex tvoří obytná budova, restaurace, penzion a hospodářská budova. STATEK 1738 je součástí zemědělské firmy Ageko s.r.o., obdělávající v okolí 800ha orné půdy a 40ha chmelnic.
Stejně jako statkář pečoval o svůj grunt a neodmítl přístřeší pocestnému, i my vás rádi uvítáme u prostřeného stolu a připravíme nezapomenutelné zážitky v našich výjimečných prostorách.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great food in particular burger and deer steak! delicious wine and drinks, mega professional service, beautiful and peaceful surroundings, thanks to which I slept wonderfully. rooms very clean with air conditioning, tv and free wifi. Generally a very beautiful object I recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came by cycling to Prague (is directly on the way) - very nice setting in renovated local farming compound - friendly service (incl. menu in several languages) - refreshing drinks (e.g. Radler) and top notch food, in particular the meat is of best quality and preparation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful compound, a revamped old farm preserving its original quaint architecture. The rooms are comfortable and the whole place is delightfully quiet. The staff is kind and helpful, although only a few of them speak English. I would've appreciated a more frequent room cleaning the fact why I dropped out the fifth star. Breakfast costs 6 € and it's fine for the price. Some fruit would be welcome nonetheless. You can have lunch or dinner at the restaurant: the quality is pretty good and there's a variated menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The homestead looks good right away. Plenty of parking options, inside and outside of property. The service in restaurant is very pleasant. We tried ice tea and beer. And true to be told, the ice tea was really terrible 2/10. And the beer was fine, nothing special. Luckily the food was better: we tried salmon and goose - both were great options! 7/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and they do meals which are quite cheap and very tasty, BUT, not a lot of varieties available as the kitchen area is a bit small for the size of the table areas which are both downstairs and upstairs and also with a children's play area upstairs and a small outdoor play area at the end of the living accommodation
