★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Обязательно возьмите с собой паспорт, так как на рецепции его показываете, и вам дают пропуск на 3-й этаж. Сначала нужно пойти в 324/325 кабинеты и вас зарегистрируют, а потом уже на кассу. За год нужно заплатит 670 крон. Вся процедура занимает минут 10.
Be sure to bring your passport with you, as you show it at the reception and you will be given a pass to the 3rd floor. First you need to go to 324/325 offices and you will be registered, and then to the cashier. For the year you need to pay 670 crowns. The whole procedure takes about 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Лучшайший опыт похода в государственное учреждение в Чехии!!! Ходила узнавать как и сколько мне нужно заплатить за мусор. Это местный налог. Внутри здания находится рецепция. Есть место для ожидания. Чтобы пройти к лифтам, нужно предоставить документ подтверждающий твою личность. Потом мне выдали пропускную карточку и подсказали куда идти. На нужном этаже я попала сразу к кассе. Там мне рассказали что нужно зарегистрироваться. Дали нужные документы и направили в другой кабинет. Обьяснили подробно как туда пройти. Женщина что регистрировала была ну очень приятной. Рассказала как нужно заплатить и сколько. Кстати заплатить можно как картой, так и наличными.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good government organization. From the beginning it was hard to find enter there. After few attempts we figured it out.
Everyone in Brno should pay for waste collection, and if you are a foreigner and going to stay here longer than 3 months you should pay. Now the price is 670 czk per year.
On reception you should show your ID than they will give you a black card and with it you should take elevator to the third floor. If you first time there you should go to room 324 or 325 and they will register you, after it you should go to “pokladna” to pay. First time you can pay only personally, all other times, you can do it online.
Not everyone knows English, but they are explaining all so fine, we didn’t need to know Czech to understand.
