First of all, I would like to mention that the company also employs Ukrainian workers and the consistent quality of work corresponds to that. The construction did not make it in time, it was extended by several months. Perhaps it is because the Ukrainian workers on this building often slept in the woods instead of work. The new facade looks nice to the eye, but you have to pray so that rain does not come. After the first rain the water around the windows began to seep into our apartment in two rooms. The windows were changed before the insulation of the house, and was in order and rain. Workers arrived, siliconized the windows and the next rain the same. Once again the workers arrived, and again they presiliconized. During the next rain water leaked around the windows again. The company executive came to tell us that he does not know what to do with it. It was sprayed with water, the windows again leaked. A construction supervisor was called to draw attention to a major deficiency around the frame windows, when the frames were not adequately degreased and glued accordingly. There was a gap of 2-3 mm around the window arm that leaked. It leaked into several flats. At the entrance of the house, where the company also made the roof, people also leaked from the roof.
