I highly recommend the reconstruction under the baton of Stavba & Design. Professional cooperation, skilful and creative architect, fast communication, friendly approach and what is important reconstruction was completed in almost the agreed time. The minimal delay was caused by a longer delivery of the kitchen unit. Who does not want to read long reviews - great, satisfaction - we definitely recommend. Who wants to read something more - it was a reconstruction of a 2 + 1 apartment (approx. 55 m2) from 1940, in which nothing was done for about 40 years. We chose 6 companies on the Internet, to whom we sent an identical request. We received the best processed offer from the Stavba + Design company (they came, measured, made an offer in which they incorporated all our requirements, they were not the cheapest - cheaper companies had terribly processed offers). After selecting the company and inspecting the already performed reconstruction, several wheels with the architect took place, where the output were drawings of the original layout, new layout, demolition work, construction work, electrical, water, kitchen, toilet, etc.). After approving the proposals, signing a contract with a reconstruction date of about 3 months. Demolition work began, during which it was found that, for example, the wall in the bathroom, the floor on the toilet, was completely poorly built, etc. This resulted in changes in the project and agreement on changes on the construction site. For example - in the project there was a toilet combi, because the floor was from the terrace and it was not known if it would be possible to remove everything from the floor. After demolishing the floor, it was found that the waste pipe can be made differently and that it will be possible to put a hanging toilet on the toilet - great. There were problems with subcontractors, which we chose ourselves (to stick to the budget) - delivery of interior doors 5 weeks, delivery of kitchen 6 weeks… Inspection days took place on the construction site, where we looked at what was done and consulted changes to the project. The handover of the apartment took place on time, comments were recorded, which were quickly removed. There are a few photos in the attachment.
