na začátku roku 2019 jsme si firmu objednali na rekonstrukci podlahy na malém balkonku. Tři měsíce na to začala kamínková podlaha protékat z důvodu špatné hydroizolace. Následně jsme se snažili telefonicky domluvit na reklamaci, nicméně jednatel firmy, pan Vyhnálek, předvedl něco, co jsme opravdu nečekali. Po telefonu jsme se dohodli na termínu a času, kdy nám balkon přijde opravit, nicméně se nikdy neukázal. Do dnešního dne se situace nevyřešila a balkonek nám chátrá, máme strach, že může poranit chodce na chodníku. Naprostá neprofesionalita, ulhanost a arogantní chování ze strany SRZ sro, z tohoto důvodu firmu silně nedoporučujeme.

at the beginning of 2019, we ordered the company to renovate the floor on a small balcony. Three months later, the stone floor began to flow due to poor waterproofing. Subsequently, we tried to arrange a complaint by phone, however, the company's executive, Mr. Vyhnálek, showed something we really did not expect. We agreed over the phone on the date and time when the balcony would come to repair us, but it never showed up. To this day, the situation has not been resolved and the balcony is falling into disrepair, we are afraid that it may injure pedestrians on the sidewalk. Absolute unprofessionalism, cunning and arrogant behavior on the part of SRZ sro, for this reason we do not strongly recommend the company.
