Už během přípravných prací se projevila jeho organizační neschopnost, která spočívala v tom, že během bouracích prací již jiná firma začala provádět instalatérské práce. Dále si začal ulehčovat svoji "odbornou" práci tím, že např. nechá na podlaze starou dlažbu a na ni nalepí novou. Na stěnách chtěl ponechat starou a nesoudržnou omítku a po vyrovnání pak lepit na stěny obklad. Vzhledem k tomuto amatérismu jsme s ním smlouvu o dílo ukončili. Uzavření celého problému je zatím nemožné, neboť tento pán zablokoval telefonní čísla, ze kterých se mu snažíme dovolat a domluvit jednání. Odpoví vždy jen SMS zprávou, že se ozve v určitý den, avšak vše to byly jen plané zprávy. Prostě tyto věci řeší ve stylu "mrtvého brouka". I ta jedna hvězdička hodnocení je moc. Při příchodu se chlubí fotografiemi, které jsou stažené z internetu, webová stránka s ukázkami své práce neexistuje. Předkládá, že je členem Cechu obkladačů. Informace, které na těchto stránkách zveřejňuje, se nezakládají na pravdě. Pracuje jen 2 hodiny denně. Neustále mu chybí nějaké nářadí. Pokud nepřijde, omlouvá se nemocí dítěte a jeho ošetřováním. Postup práce je chaotický. Aniž by dokončil hrubé stavební práce, pozve instalatéra a elektrikáře. Vybourá obklady, na stávající staré „buchty“ chce nalepit nový obklad. Přesvědčuje klienta, že nebude odstraňovat starou dlažbu, že na ni nalepí novou. O izolaci proti vodě se vůbec nezmiňuje. Instalatérské práce zadá firmě, která to též „zazdí“. Křivě vyvedená přípojka k pračce, špatně vyspádované odpadní potrubí ve sprchovém koutě, odpadní potrubí k umyvadlu umístěno jinak než bylo domluveno. Při vysekávání drážky na odpadní potrubí a vodu elektrickou sbíječkou popraská zeď a posléze se odloupe omítka ve vedlejší místnosti. Místo malty použije beton, jenž má jinou tepelnou vodivost. Tento řemeslník se neumí k problému postavit čelem. Pokud reaguje, jeho SMS zpráva je následující. „Byl jsem u zubaře, jsem po zákroku a nemohu mluvit.“ Poté následuje blokování telefonního čísla.
