★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už delší čas (s přibývajícím věkem a zkušenosti) vnímám úřad jako placenou službu pro občana. Bohužel, ne každý má stejné vnímání. Stále u mnohých přetrvává stereotyp vnímání, že občan je tu od toho, aby plnil co si úřad usmyslí... Tak toliko ke Stavebnímu bytovému družstvu, resp.individuálnímu přístupu některý zaměstnanců.
Je skutečně důležité budovat firemní kulturu...
For a long time (with increasing age and experience) I have perceived the office as a paid service for the citizen. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same perception. Many still have the stereotype of perceiving that the citizen is here to fulfill what the office intends ... So only to the Building Housing Cooperative, or rather the individual approach of some employees.
It is really important to build a corporate culture ...
