★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když 10 dní nikdo nereagoval na email, poslala jsem nový s obavou, zda neskončil ve spamu. Na ten dalších 6 dní nikdo nereagoval. Zavolala jsem tedy v jediný úřední den v týdnu a dozvěděla se velmi nepříjemným tónem, že je tam paní jen jeden den v týdnu a na odpověď má 30 dní. Asi jsem z jiné planety, ale na té mojí aspoň člověk potvrdí, že email dostal a kdy se mu bude věnovat. Jedná se o vztah klient - dodavatel, ale to asi v SBD Vyšehrad nikoho netrápí.
When no one responded to the email for 10 days, I sent a new one to worry about it ending up in spam. No one responded to the next 6 days. So I called on one official day of the week and learned in a very unpleasant tone that the lady was only there one day a week and had 30 days to answer. I'm probably from another planet, but at least one of me will confirm that he received the email and when he will deal with it. This is a client-supplier relationship, but it probably doesn't bother anyone at SBD Vyšehrad.
