+ Rychlé odbavení a ochota v kamenném obchodě.
+ Pokud mají zboží v akci, má dobrou cenu.
+ Objednají i menší množství materiálu než celý náklaďák (samozřejmě to není hned).
- Když mi přivezly cihelné bloky a měl jsem objednáno složení hydraulickou rukou, pan řidič plné palety cihel vykládal v 10 metrech přes střechu našeho domu z čehož se mi udělalo nevolno ? ( na dotaz proč to tak dělá mi řekl, že to jinak nejde ale podruhé už to šlo jinak ?).
- Chtěl jsem objednat krytinu a příslušenství na střechu koupelny, ale paní rozpočtářka mi dvakrát po sobě vystavila zálohovou fakturu na jiné zboží než jsem měl v objednávce, tak jsem to radši zrušil.

+ They also order a smaller amount of material than the whole truck (of course it's not right away).
- When they brought me brick blocks and I ordered the assembly with a hydraulic hand, the driver unloaded a full pallet of bricks at 10 meters over the roof of our house, which made me sick ? (when asked why he does it that way, he told me that it is not possible otherwise it went differently ?).
- I wanted to order roofing and accessories for the bathroom roof, but the budgeter twice issued me an advance invoice for other goods than I had in the order, so I canceled it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levné ceny, jen problém se systémem mezipobockovym fungováním, tedy nefungovanim. Predstava o převozu mezi pobočkami je jen moje utopie.
Cheap prices, just a problem with the system, inter-branch operation, ie non-operation. The idea of transportation between branches is just my utopia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DEK na vykládku nejhorší stavebniny. Jak je možné že jinde to funguje a tady ne. A je úplně jedno jestli to je DEK Praha, Jihlava, Kolín, Pardubice, Brno všude stejné. Vedení by se mělo chytit za hlavu a udělat ordnung.
DEK for unloading the worst building materials. How is it possible that it works elsewhere and not here. And it doesn't matter if it's DEK Prague, Jihlava, Kolín, Pardubice, Brno the same everywhere. The management should grab your head and make an ordnung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkování docela dost otrasny . Sprivesnym vozíkem jse špatně se couvá !! . všude kolem parkujou auta a zavama stojí kamion čeká na vykládku. No to je zaritek . Malí prostor na parkování ?.
Parking quite awful. The trailer is bad for reversing !! . Cars are parked all around and a truck is standing alone waiting to be unloaded. Well, that's a tip. Small parking space ?.
