You order something online that's "Skladem", 14 days later no word from them, only after calling them do they look into it and tell you everything is a mess and it won't arrive in the promised 5 days (obviously we already know this). And all this is for a service where its delivered to their own shop, they don't even send it to you house. So all this time for them to move it from one of their warehouses to another.
When the stuff turned up, it was damaged
