Přijel jsem na vykládku zboží za pět minut půl čtvrté a totálně arogantní skladník mě bez pozdravu poslal do pryč, že mě vyloží až ráno. Práce na 20 minut a ja se mohl vrátit s kamionem domu. Takhle tady musím trčet až do rána, chování opravdu na "úrovni"... So I have to say that after today, this branch is blacklisted. I arrived at the unloading of the goods in five minutes and a half, and the totally arrogant warehouseman sent me away without a greeting to unload me in the morning. Work for 20 minutes and I could return with the truck to the house. I have to stick around like this until the morning, the behavior is really on a "level" ...
P	Pavel Hendrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výsledek nakonec v pořádku, ale obsluha dost rozpačitá, odpověď na otázku dává dohromady celá parta, takže máte pocit, že mají pouze kusé informace. Na svých stránkách mají požadovaný sortiment skladem, ale v prodejně zjistíte, že jej nemají a ani nevědí, kdy bude. Takže spíše zmatek než profesionalita. The result is fine in the end, but the staff is quite embarrassed, the answer to the question is put together by a whole bunch, so you feel that they only have a piece of information. They have the required assortment in stock on their website, but in the store you will find that they do not have it and do not even know when it will be. So more confusion than professionalism.

Letmo objednal jsem komín Heluz - nedodáno příslušenství zdarma (musel jsem ho doplatit), doobjednával jsem vatu k tomuto komínu - špatně objednaný typ od prodejce DEK, Chtěl jsem lištu pro dlaždice, nemaj skladem (doprava dražší než lišta). Aktuálně jsem chtěl objednat cement 42,5 který nemaj skladem (divné na stavebniny, jinde mají) bylo mi sděleno že pouze celou paletu. Tedy zřejmně by nejraději objednávali na kamiony :-) Za mě si nezaslouží ani hvězdu I must say that after several years of experience with these building materials, it is a disaster. I briefly ordered the Heluz chimney - free accessories were delivered (I had to pay for it), I ordered cotton wool for this chimney - badly ordered type from the DEK seller, I wanted a tile molding, not in stock (more expensive than the molding). Currently I wanted to order 42.5 cement which they do not have in stock (weird for building materials, elsewhere they have) I was told that only the whole pallet. So they would probably prefer to order on trucks :-) He doesn't even deserve a star for me

Nejprve jsem neuspěl při nákupu plechové střechy na garáž (neměli), následně neměli hliníkový žebřík, prý za 14 dní , musel jsem proto jinam. (Nakonec Břenda skladem ?) Všechno je na objednávku strašné I didn't walk twice when buying. At first I didn't succeed in buying a tin roof for the garage (they didn't), then they didn't have an aluminum ladder, supposedly in 14 days, so I had to go somewhere else. (Finally Břenda in stock ?) Everything is terrible to order

Chtěla jsem něco na konkrétní prodejně co tam bylo domluveno a pracovnice nejen že mě nemohla prepojit, ale nervózně mě začala všeobecně poučovat. Nejhorší info linka za posledních 5 let Terrible experience with their client line. I wanted something at a specific store that was arranged there, and the worker not only could not connect me, but nervously began to teach me in general. The worst info line in the last 5 years
