★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato recenze se týká centrálního dispečinku, kde jsem si rezervoval zapůjčení stroje na vázání armatury a jeho vyzvednutí na Kladně. Akuvazač se standartně půjčuje s cívkami, které se do něj vloží a jimi se pak železo zavazuje. Bydlím 30min od Kladna, takže jsem tam vyjel s vědomím potvrzené zapůjčky na celý víkend (+ jsem měl smluvený termín s investorem stavby a dokončení vázání věnce přes víkend). Po příjezdu na Kladno mi bylo sděleno, že Akuvazač je připraven, AVŠAK NEJSOU CÍVKY. Obsluha půjčovny mi řekla, že je to dlouhodobý problém, že prostě nejsou, pak nechápu, proč mi toto dispečink DEKu neřekl ? ?.... V tomto případě byla cesta na Kladno úplně zbytečná (ztráta asi 1,5 hodiny času) + nesplněný úkol pro investora. ... Děkuji moc dispečinku.
 This review concerns the central control room, where I booked the rental of a fitting machine and its collection in Kladno. As standard, the accumulator is rented with coils, which are inserted into it and the iron is then bound by them. I live 30 minutes from Kladno, so I went there with the knowledge of a confirmed loan for the whole weekend (+ I had an agreed date with the investor of the construction and the completion of tying the wreath over the weekend). Upon arrival in Kladno, I was told that the battery was ready, BUT THERE ARE NO COILS. The rental staff told me that it's a long-term problem, that they just aren't, then I don't understand why the DEK dispatch center didn't tell me this? ? .... In this case, the trip to Kladno was completely useless (loss of about 1.5 hours) + unfulfilled task for the investor. ... Thank you very much dispatcher.
