★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál ochotný a příjemný. Parkování s větším autem celkem problém ale dá se to zvládnout. Bohužel si nedokáži představit kdybych sem jel s autem s vozíkem. Není se kde pořádně otočit aby bylo možné vyjet s areálu..
Staff helpful and friendly. Parking with a larger car is quite a problem but it can be done. Unfortunately, I can't imagine driving here in a car with a wheelchair. There is nowhere to turn properly so that it is possible to leave the complex ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si zboží. Doručeno na prodejnu bylo po týdnu zboží zcela jiné. Když jsem si stěžoval, bylo mi řečeno, že fotografie jsou jen ilustrační, a že nemusí odpovídat realitě. DEK si tedy zvolil na fotografii zboží zcela jiné mnohem vyšší kvality, ale doručil zboží kvality nižší.
Nakonec po zveřejnění mé negativní recenze a doručení mého výrazně nespokojeného emailu DEK zareagoval částečnou kompenzací ve formě zboží zdarma v řádu stovek korun. Fotografie DEK opravil.
Nakonec mi ještě přidal balení vrutů jako dárek/omluvu.
I ordered the goods. After the week, the goods were completely different delivered to the store. When I complained, I was told that the photos were only illustrative and did not necessarily reflect reality. DEK therefore chose completely different, much higher quality goods in the photograph, but delivered lower quality goods.
In the end, after the publication of my negative review and the delivery of my significantly dissatisfied email, DEK responded with a partial compensation in the form of free goods in the order of hundreds of crowns. Photo DEK repaired.
Finally, he added a pack of screws as a gift / apology.
