Sortiment slušný a ceny se mi zdají přiměřené. Rozhodně na mě udělal obchod daleko lepší dojem, než stavebniny v okolí bydliště, kam běžně jezdíme. Zkusím se sem dostat častěji i za cenu delší cesty. I've only been here once so far, but it's immediately clear that it works well somewhere. No feeling that the staff is bothering the customer, on the contrary, there is a willingness to see. The assortment is decent and the prices seem reasonable to me. Definitely made a much better impression on me than the building materials in the area where we normally go. I will try to get here more often even at the cost of a longer trip.

Rozhodne nedoporucuji! in approaching customers the worst building materials I've been in, and I feel great building materials like DEK. When I asked something at the store, I had the feeling that the staff was annoying my presence. Definitely not recommended!

Měli jsme si zde vyzvednout e-shop, chtěli jsme si pár věcí přikoupit na místě a obsluha - jestli se to dá tak nazvat- byla naprosto neochotná, měla jsem pocit, že je svým zájmem o nákup obtěžuji... NIKDY VÍCE ! absolutely terrible customer service! We were supposed to pick up an e-shop here, we wanted to buy a few things on the spot and the staff - if you can call it that - was completely reluctant, I felt that I was bothering them with my interest in buying ... NEVER MORE!

Ale koukám, že se celý „tým“ posunul o stupeň výš. Teď vyhrožují zákazníkům, že na ně zavolají policii. It has been more than a year since the saleswoman named Hana Veselá (Husovice branch) was incredibly rude and aggressive in her actions. But I see that the whole "team" has moved a step higher. Now they are threatening customers that they will call the police.
y	ya johny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerný zákaznický servis. Arogantní Ukrajinci a prodejci nestojí za nic a ochota k zákazníkovy na nule proto jsem raději nejezdit. Absolutely terrible customer service. Arrogant Ukrainians and sellers are not worth anything and the willingness to customer at zero therefore I prefer not to drive.
