Občas se personál nepřetrhne. Stalo se mi opakovaně, že se tři prodavači vybavují, jeden obsluhuje zákazníka u kasy a člověk tam stojí a stojí... Proto hvězda dolů.. Kupovali jsme nářadi a paní byla velmi ochotná , ale u pokladny jsem měla pocit, že otravuji. Paní právě svačila a byla opravdu "příjemná". Chápala bych kdyby byl obchod plný lidí, ale na celý obchod byly 3 prodavačky a 2 skladníci, chtěla jsem zboží, které načetla a čekala jsem než si manžel dovybere barvu na natření konstrukce, paní neochotná a nepříjemná. Moc mne mrzí naše rozhodnutí jet nakupovat do SVITAV. Po zaplacení celého nákupu jsme si jeli pro zboží do skladu, kde nebyla ani noha. Asi samoobsluha nebo jsem to tak pochopila. nejdříve jsme sháněli skladníka, který si povídal s paní u pokladny, která jak sama řekla zapoměla nahlásit, že jsou tu zákazníci co by si ve skladu chtěli odebrat zakoupené zboží. Celý nákup jsme si museli naskládat do auta pán tam stál a díval se na mne jak nakládám zboží. Bohužel ale nejsem sama, která takovou zkušenost má...... During our last visit to this center, I was strongly disappointed by the approach of the saleswoman at the cash register. We bought tools and the lady was very helpful, but at the cash register I felt like I was bothering me. The lady just had a snack and was really "nice". I would understand if the shop was full of people, but there were 3 saleswomen and 2 warehouse workers for the whole shop, I wanted the goods she loaded and I waited for my husband to choose the color to paint the structure, the lady reluctant and unpleasant. I am very sorry for our decision to go shopping in SVITAV. After paying for the entire purchase, we went to the warehouse for the goods, where there was not even a foot. Probably self-service or I understood it that way. first we were looking for a warehouseman who was talking to the lady at the cash register, who, as she said, forgot to report that there are customers who would like to take the purchased goods in the warehouse. We had to load the whole purchase into the car, the gentleman was standing there watching me loading the goods. Unfortunately, I am not alone in having such an experience ......

Perlinka R117 za 20,- Kč/m ???!!! Kdybych nebyl debil a zařídil si vše v týdnu v "normálních" stavebninách ušetřil jsem 1.000,- Kč na nákupu za 2.500,- Kč.. Personál ochotný, otevírací doba v neděli super, ale ty ceny! Děs!!! The most expensive building materials far and wide, unfortunately / thank God the only ones that are open on Sundays. #SorryHow but a polystyrene plug for 2.5, - ??? !!! Perlinka R117 for 20, - CZK / m ??? !!! If I weren't an idiot and arranged everything in a week in "normal" building materials, I saved CZK 1,000 on a purchase for CZK 2,500. Staff helpful, opening hours on Sunday great, but the prices! Terror !!!

Website very bad, the staff arrives in surprise that someone has come and pulls out a snack. 5 saleswomen in the store all sour, most of them snack and not interested in the customer, I do not recommend.
