P	Petr Plišek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato prodejna je jedna veliká katastrofa. Každá návštěva v této prodejně je další nové překvapení, bohužel v tom negativním slova smyslu. Jestli Tradix uvádí svoji filosofii jako pracovité zaměstnance a usilovat o vřelý vztah se zaměstnancem, tak v této prodejně tahle filosofie prošla obloukem. Při každé návštěvě je v prodejně hromada zákazníků, přičemž za kasou sedí pouze jedna osoba, nefunguje tu žádný promyšlený management dnešní doby. U kasy sedí malý, plešatý pán, který se tváří jako by ho tam někdo přivázal a musel tam sedět od rána do večera, jeho mluva a mimické gesta tomu všemu ještě přidávají. Pán je neochotný, nekomunikativní,, a celkově na zákazníky nepříjemný, takový člověk patří někde do skladu, ne za kasu, kde reprezentuje svoji firmu. Já již do této prodejny jezdit nebudu. This store is one big disaster. Every visit to this store is another new surprise, unfortunately in the negative sense of the word. If Tradix mentions his philosophy as a hardworking employee and striving for a warm relationship with the employee, this philosophy has gone through an arc in this store. There is a lot of customers in the shop at each visit, with only one person sitting behind the cascade, there is no thoughtful management of today. There is a small, bald gentleman at the coffin, who looks as if he had been tied up there and had to sit there from dawn to evening, his speech and mimic gestures adding to it all. The Lord is reluctant, non-communicative, and generally unpleasant to customers, such a person somewhere in the warehouse, not at the cash, where he represents his company. I will not go to this store anymore.
P	Petr Vaněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jde jim pouze o výdělek. Jakmile chce zákazník něco vyřešit, nastoupí arogance, neochota. Zažil jsem to tam vícekrát v únosné míře, ale poslední akce stála za to. V mém případě vrácení palet cca za 6200,-. Při vracení pak nastal problém, že jich tam nemají v systému tolik vyúčtovaných a za jinou cenu než v nabídce a faktuře, a že mi víc než cca 900 Kč nedají....po třech dnech řešení, počítání a telefonování našli další neshody a tak mi vyplatili další 4000 korun a to je prý vše. Sečetl jsem si jednoduše co jsem zaplatil, co mi vrátili, a kolik my chybí. Takže vedoucí prodejny odhodil naštvaně židli a znechuceně mi vydal zbytek částky se slovy, že už tam nemám chodit. Ani by mě to nenapadlo :) Proč by měl zákazník doplácet na to, že oni mají chaos v systému a účetnictví? Už raději nikdy více. They are only interested in earnings. As soon as the customer wants to solve something, arrogance, reluctance. I experienced it there several times to a tolerable extent, but the last event was worth it. In my case, the return of pallets for about 6200, -. When returning, there was a problem that they do not have so many billed in the system and for a different price than in the offer and invoice, and that they do not give me more than about 900 CZK .... after three days of solving, counting and calling, they found other discrepancies and so they paid me another 4000 crowns and that's all. I simply added up what I had paid, what they had returned to me, and how much we were missing. So the store manager threw away his chair angrily and disgustedly gave me the rest of the amount, saying that I shouldn't go there anymore. It wouldn't even occur to me :) Why should a customer pay extra for the fact that they have chaos in the system and accounting? Better never again.
