Nutně jsem potřeboval určitý typ zboží a měl jsem smůlu. Zaměstnanci za přepážkou byli silně nepříjemní až úseční. Bylo jedno jestli jsem potřeboval něco obyčejného, anebo speciálního, vždy jsem to tam dostal. Ale i přes to, že tam mám registraci, jako řemeslník, byla paní za pokladnou pokaždé překvapená a jako by ji obtěžovalo mne znát. Asi nejsem dost velká firma. Takže i přesto, že jsem tam jezdil často a realizoval tam nákupy pro své zakázky, stále jsem se musel hlásit jako na vojně. Tak jsem tam prostě jednoho dne jezdit přestal a zařídil si registraci ve stavebninach Izomat. Zvláštní, že tam už po pár návštěvách jsem byl mile oslovován jménem a při nákupech si kterákoliv z pokladních, otevře mou registraci bez dotazů a s úsměvem. Tak vidíte...a při tom taková blbost, mohli by jste říct, ale pro mne velmi důležitá. Ale popravdě i dnes musím jednou za čas do Stavmatu, protože mají ten sortiment o něco lepší a skladem. A dokonce jak jsem minulou sobotu zaregistroval, se vrátili i k sobotnímu prodeji, a to se domnívám byl také moudrý tah. A few years ago, these were my favorite building materials in Česká Lípa, for the system, assortment, approach. It didn't matter if I needed something ordinary or special, I always got it there. But even though I registered there, as a craftsman, the lady behind the cash register was always surprised and seemed to bother me to know me. I'm probably not a big enough company. So even though I went there often and made purchases there for my orders, I still had to report as in the war. So one day I just stopped going there and arranged for registration in the Izomat building materials. Strange that after a few visits I was kindly approached by name and when shopping any of the cashiers will open my registration without questions and with a smile. So you see ... and at the same time such nonsense, you might say, but very important to me. But really, even today I have to go to Stavmat once in a while, because they have a slightly better assortment and in stock. And even as I registered last Saturday, they came back to Saturday's sale, and I think that was also a wise move.
