Z	Zsófia Pongráczné Kakuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience!!! Worse service ever!! Our waitress a "lovely lady" (long black hair in ponytail) have no idea how to speak with the customers. She was more than rude. Instead of double check the order, she become upset, making faces,as she thought all what we ordered is only 3 drink and 1 main (was 8 of us). We tried to explain her that she took the order wrong,but she didn't give the chanse for it. Thanks honey, my PREGNANT sister in-law just what to have a quick bite till all the others have a pint of beer! But you don't get this at all... We just left the place immediately.!!!
M	Mark Langton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not into steak, however did try this place out for something different. The mixed grill was tasty and not too heavy on the stomach. Given its location, it was easily the priciest place we ate in Karlovy Vary, but probably worth it.

This time had a real meal: rucola salad, ribs and Schweinshaxe. The food was decent, not standout (average), beer good, wine really mediocre. But to finish on a high note, exceptional coffee. So I've brought it to an average rating of the stars. First review, 2018 - 4 stars Stopped for a snack, low expectations due to the menu covering everything. Shared a namesake pizza, and it was better than expected. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. I'd happily try other items from the menu. Oh, and the coffee was the best I've had this trip, another welcome surprise.
c	cowking0707 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rump steak was cold and for it's price really not that good. Burger was decent but also not worth eating again. The only good thing was the pizza. 0,2l of Coca-Cola cost 65 czech crowns which is in my opinion way to much.

Vacant table on the river was vacant and the waiter refused to have us sit at that table. First, he said the table was for four people, then we pointed out that groups of two people were sitting at those tables, then he said these tables were only for couples and said that he did not have to explain. I find this as a rude and unfair treatment. This has ruined our evening.
M	Michael Tomaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view, restaurant was clean. Bad things, asked for no sauce on food. All food came with sauce. Asked to have it on the side. The food was tasteless. Meat was dry. Rice was like eating air. I would recommend to find something else.

Prices are super cheap. I paid four times as much in San Antonio , Texas and it was not as good as good as yours. Here it was “Perfect “Loved it. I came back for Lunch on another day and it was just as great and impressive. Thank you all for making this a wonderful and unforgettable experience ❤️
